Blond Beef Bourguignon

Follow the package directions but substitute a white wine for the red wine.  This produces a versatile sauce that goes with so much more than beef.   You will be able to reduce your simmer time, since it takes roughly 50% less time to mellow a white wine than it does a red wine.    

Suggestions, serve with: 

Beef,   Lamb,    Fried or Grilled Chicken,   Salmon.


Toss with Pasta and a little extra butter.
